Project Manager Kitchen & Bathroom Refurbishment (Social Housing)Location: NottinghamType: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: Competitive packageWe are looking for an experiencedProject Manager to join our team, delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects within the social housing sector.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring smooth delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and consistent performance against KPIs.What You'll Do:Manage end-to-end delivery of refurbishment projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsDevelop and manage project programmes, resource plans, and budgetsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient workflow and productivityBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and key stakeholdersAct as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectationsIdentify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues proactivelyOversee contract delivery, including managing variations, valuations, and cost controlEnsure full compliance with health & safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirementsMonitor site performance, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality assurance standards are metDrive and report on project KPIs, implementing improvements where requiredManage resident liaison processes, ensuring minimal disruption and high levels of customer satisfactionLead, mentor, and motivate operational and site teams to achieve project objectivesPrepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports, programmes, and handover packsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across project deliveryWhat We're looking For:Minimum 3 years experience managing kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects within social housingProven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong commercial awareness, including budget management and cost controlExperience managing subcontractors and direct labourExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-focused approachAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent organisational, planning, and time management skillsClose attention to detail and a methodical approach to workFull clean UK driving licenceQualifications:SMSTSCSCS Card (Manager level)Asbestos AwarenessFirst Aid at WorkFire Marshal / Fire Safety certificationRelevant construction or project management qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 4/5, HNC/HND, or equivalent)Why work with us?
