Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Package (Depending on Experience)

The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager (Civils) to deliver key infrastructure schemes within the water and wastewater sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, working on pipelines, pumping stations, treatment works, reservoirs, drainage and earthworks schemes.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while operating within live environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver civil engineering projects across water and wastewater infrastructure
* Manage projects under NEC3 / NEC4 contracts including early warnings and compensation events
* Lead multidisciplinary teams including subcontractors and consultants
* Programme management - planning, tracking, and reporting progress
* Control project budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance
* Oversee site delivery ensuring compliance with design, QA, and HSE standards
* Manage stakeholder relationships (clients, regulators, operations teams)
* Coordinate procurement and supply chain performance
* Drive commissioning, testing, and project handover
* Produce regular reports on cost, risk, and programme
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering
* Strong background in water / wastewater infrastructure projects
* Experience working under NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4)
* Ability to manage live operational environments
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in programme, cost, and risk management
Qualifications
* Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or similar
* CSCS Card
* SMSTS / IOSH (or equivalent HSE qualification)
* NEC training or demonstrable NEC contract experience
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
* APM / PRINCE2 or equivalent
* EUSR Water Hygiene
* Confined Space training
* Experience with MS Project / Primavera
