The project comprises a mix of apartment blocks, retail and hotel units with public realm areas. Responsible as Project Lead from the pre-construction stage to operational delivery managing a multi disciplinary site team, chairing subcontractor design meetings, commercial progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality. Experience / Qualifications Required: Proven track record of delivery as Project Lead / Project Manager within either a build contractor or residential developer on mixed use residential commercial developments. Experience of full project management of packages from demolition stage, structural to managing interior packages.
