Senior Project Manager – Global Integration Program (Contract)

We’re supporting a leading financial institution on a high-impact global integration program and are seeking experienced Project Managers to join the delivery team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a complex, multi-region transformation initiative with strategic importance and executive visibility.

Role Overview

• Lead the UK delivery of a LATAM integration program, coordinating across global teams and time zones
• Drive structured project execution including milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
• Manage a team of 8+ UK-based FTEs, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery
• Oversee application decommissioning, onboarding, data migration, and refactoring to enterprise tech standards
• Facilitate governance and reporting cadences, including executive updates and escalation paths
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and evolving delivery practices

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience delivering large-scale integration programs in complex environments
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise systems, infrastructure, and data flows
• Hands-on experience with data migration, application decommissioning, and cloud or data centre transitions
• Ability to engage with engineering teams, challenge technical assumptions, and manage dependencies
• Excellent stakeholder management across diverse markets and functions
• Structured, proactive approach with a focus on outcomes and transparency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global delivery environment
