Job Summary
As part of the TV family, TV Rheinland Industrial Services (TRIS) are looking to recruit a Project Manager to be responsible for overseeing engineering projects valued up to approximately £2 million.
Their focus will be on ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with client expectations while also engaging in pre-project business development activities.
Job Description
Project Delivery & Contract Management:
Lead project execution, maintaining schedules and budget compliance.
Manage project scopes and changes, communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Coordinate with subcontractors and project team members.
Client Engagement & Business Development:
Engage clients through kick-off meetings and progress reviews.
Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts prior to project awards.
Leadership & Team Management:
Foster collaboration and accountability within project teams.
Proactively identify risks and encourage continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience;
Degree in engineering is essential.
1015 years in project delivery within engineering or related fields.
Strong leadership, communication, budget management, risk identification, and proactive problem-solving.
Proactive, resilient, adaptable, with strong people management skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
This position requires a candidate who can lead large engineering projects with a strategic approach to client engagement and team management.
