Project Manager Gloucestershire (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £50,000 Car Allowance Package I’m working on behalf of a long-established and rapidly growing construction consultancy in Gloucestershire, now seeking an ambitious and capable Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of high-profile projects alongside an experienced and supportive team of senior PMs. With over 30 years of industry experience, this consultancy has a proven track record of delivering projects ranging from small-scale developments to multi-million-pound schemes. Their diverse and expanding portfolio covers hospitality, leisure, retail, residential, and commercial sectors. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a confident and well-rounded Project Manager who brings a realistic, practical approach to decision-making and has a strong understanding of project lifecycles and pre-construction stages. The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of projects from feasibility through to completion. You’ll be working collaboratively with both internal teams and external consultants, helping to ensure successful project delivery every step of the way. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion Work alongside senior PMs on high-profile and complex schemes Oversee and coordinate both internal teams and external consultants Develop and implement project procurement strategies Produce and manage project programmes using Microsoft Project (MS Project) Maintain and manage project risk registers Provide informed input during pre-construction and RIBA stages 0–6 Ensure effective project governance, delivery, and communication Contribute to client satisfaction and long-term relationship building About You Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline RICS, APM, or CIOB chartership (or working towards it) is highly desirable Solid experience working within a construction consultancy/professional services environment Strong knowledge of the full project lifecycle and pre-construction stages Familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work stages 0–6 Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Proficient with MS Project and other project management tools A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset What’s On Offer Salary up to £50,000, depending on experience Car allowance 30 days holiday plus bank holidays Comprehensive package Clear career progression in a fast-growing, reputable business Supportive leadership team and collaborative working culture
