Hiring: Project Manager – Delivery Location: Harrogate (Hybrid) Employment Type: Permanent / full-time Salary: £45-50k We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing managed services provider in Harrogate. If you have a track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects across Wireless, WAN, LAN, VOIP, and ICT services, this could be your next move. What you’ll do: Manage end-to-end customer delivery projects – from order receipt to first billing Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction Lead project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication Drive escalations and problem resolution through to successful closure Provide clear, accurate reporting on progress, risks, budgets, and resource forecasts What we're looking for: Strong Project Management background, ideally within a managed services environment Experience delivering VOIP, Wi-Fi, MPLS WAN, LAN, or similar services Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient with Office 365 (Planner) and ideally Dynamics 365 Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously using structured methodologies (Waterfall/Hybrid) Why apply?
