Salary:
Circa £60,000
commensurate on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Providing Project Management oversight for build and support of land and naval radar systems
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, adapting plans as needed to overcome challenges
Following project management procedures and best practices for successful project delivery
Capturing and applying lessons learned from past projects to enhance future performance
Taking responsibility for team performance, including budget, schedule and quality
Leading and inspiring people, handling performance reviews, career development decisions
Your skills and experiences:
Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary projects, including planning, cost control, risk and opportunity management, engineering design management, equipment integration, testing, commissioning, and acceptance
Proven experience within Business Delivery role
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, with excellent collaboration skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience engaging with individuals at all organisational levels

Our workplace in Cowes is an easily accessible commute from Southampton with a regular foot passenger ferry and BAE shuttle service from the ferry terminal to site.
