Astute's Team is partnering with a leading service company to recruit an Electrical Project Manager to oversee complex field projects, manage teams, and ensure high-quality, safe delivery of electrical scopes.
As Electrical Project Manager, you'll lead a team of skilled engineers delivering maintenance projects, outages, plant upgrades, inspections, and installation works on industrial clients across the Essex, Kent and London Areas. Working across power stations, energy-from-waste plants, and other industrial sites, you'll be the on-the-ground lead - ensuring project success through strong leadership, exceptional planning, and professional communication with clients.

Responsibilities and duties of the Electrical Project Manager role Reporting to the Electrical Director, you will be responsible for:
Supervise and coordinate electrical engineers on-site, ensuring safe and effective delivery of work scopes. Providing engineering solutions when immediate spares aren't available (retrofitting, reverse engineering or modifying equipment) Take ownership of project execution, including HSE, quality assurance, budget oversight, and deliverables.
