Job Title: Project Manager Location: Hybrid 3 days in Kings Cross Remuneration: Up to £95,000 annually Contract Details: Temporary, 12 months, Full Time Responsibilities: Architecture Design Support: Engage with the Business Transformation Team in initial design discussions, capturing requirements and documenting functional solutions. Project Delivery & Cohesion: Coordinate project activities across diverse teams to ensure cohesion for transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, dependencies, and critical path items. Design and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring stakeholders are ready for new processes. Change Management Coordination: Lead key change management activities, including stakeholder engagement planning and communication distribution schedules. Facilitate project meetings to drive decision-making and secure stakeholder buy-in. Identify and mitigate risks associated with change adoption. Performance & Reporting: Monitor project progress and change adoption metrics, reporting on achievements and areas needing attention. Contribute to high-quality internal updates and reports. Requirements: Experience in project coordination, project management, or change management in a tech-driven environment. Proven track record in coordinating change management activities and supporting system implementation. Strong understanding of project lifecycle for system implementations. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside effective stakeholder engagement. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana). Proactive and collaborative, ready to support senior management. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Experience in a compliance or regulatory environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to shifting priorities. Nice to Have: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus!
