Nicholas Associates has an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager, to join an established & expanding client in Lincolnshire.​

We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.

This is a Project Management role required within a growing team to deliver technical product development to challenging customer specifications and timescales. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate industry best practice, the effective use of project management tools, and will be able to describe a successful track record in delivering technical projects on time and in full. Our key sectors include aerospace and defence, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.

As Project Manager you will act as the relationship manager between the various disciplines in the business, and the customer. You will require strong leadership skills to bring together key milestones across multiple projects at any one time, whilst overcoming technical and other resource conflicts.

Role & Responsibilities

Be a high performing Project Manager working within time and resource constraints to deliver projects on time and to agreed budgets.
