Due to our continued success, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, while helping to shape and enhance our PMO function. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of NPI projects across multi-disciplinary teams Assist in defining and applying project management tools, methods, and reporting standards Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure delivery within time, scope, and cost Maintain strong alignment between engineering, product, and other internal teams Support the development of PMO structures and practices to improve project governance Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners Attend exhibitions, seminars, and workshops as required Person Specification Experience as a Project Manager, preferably within an electronics or automotive environment Solid understanding of NPI and product life cycle processes Experience working with OEM or Tier 1 customers (desirable) Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Relevant qualifications such as a BTEC, HNC, or a formal project management certification Benefits We offer a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package, which includes: Bonus: Up to 10%, paid quarterly.
