A specialist subcontractor delivering high-specification interior packages on a live data centre project in Slough is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in drylining and interior fit out.
This role requires someone capable of managing fast-track interior packages within a mission critical environment.
You will take full ownership of programme, subcontractor coordination, commercial performance and HSEQ compliance for internal works packages.

Key Responsibilities

Full delivery of drylining & interior fit-out packages
Programme management and sequencing of works
Subcontractor management and supervision
Client & main contractor interface
Budget control and cost reporting
Procurement of labour and materials
Quality assurance & inspections
RAMS review and HSEQ compliance
Progress reporting & site meetings
Snagging, commissioning support & handover

Requirements

5+ xbpsjku years experience as a Project Manager
Strong background in drylining, partitions, ceilings & interior fit-out
Experience on data centre, commercial or industrial projects
Ability to manage fast-track construction programmes
Strong UK health & safety knowledge
SMSTS & CSCS (Black/White) preferred
Commercially aware with cost control experience
Strong coordination & communication skills
