Remediation Project Manager (12‑Month Contract)
Salary: £100,000 – £110,000 Bonus: 15% performance‑related bonus Contract: 12‑month fixed‑term contract Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid – Head Office & Home Working) Working Pattern:
Office based: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday Home working: Wednesday & Friday (if desired) Some site visits required Hours:
37.5 hours per week Core hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm Flexibility offered for earlier start and finish times

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Remediation Project Manager to join their team on a 12‑month contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex remediation schemes, gaining first‑hand exposure to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) Gateway 2 and 3 processes, as well as in‑depth experience of remediation delivery within a regulated environment.
The Project Manager will lead or work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including Technical, Commercial and Engagement leads, and will manage a full external design team through the approvals and pre‑construction phases of remediation projects.
