Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Chester (Hybrid working)

We’re working with an established travel business that’s scaling fast and investing heavily in tech. They’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact, cross-functional projects.

This is a delivery-focused role. You’ll work across teams to launch new features, integrate supplier APIs, and improve internal systems – all while getting stuck into the detail yourself.

You’ll report to a Senior Project Manager and work with teams across Tech, Product, Commercial, and external partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own the full delivery of multiple projects from start to finish Lead integrations with new travel suppliers Improve booking engines, automation tools, and internal workflows Launch new digital products and customer journey features Translate high-level ideas into clear specs, user stories, and test plans Do hands-on work when needed – spreadsheets, cache updates, data checks Keep project plans, budgets, and dashboards up to date Track tasks, manage risks, and chase up blockers Report progress clearly to key stakeholders Manage third-party partners from scope to handover Support the wider team by helping prioritise requests and fixes Help improve internal delivery processes

What They’re Looking For

Experience delivering digital projects in the online travel, OTA or travel-tech space Comfortable with both Agile and Waterfall delivery Strong attention to detail – you’ll be working with data and spreadsheets often Background in systems integration, business analysis or air operations Confident managing stakeholders, suppliers, and budgets
