Project Manager – Systems & Business Change

WE Talent are partnering with a growing business to recruit a Project Manager to join their Systems team, supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of business-critical systems and processes.

This is a varied, hands-on role focused on scoping, coordinating and delivering projects across the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, support the implementation of system and process improvements, and ensure new solutions are successfully embedded.

This is not a heavily technical role. Instead, it’s ideal for someone who enjoys bringing people, processes and systems together, taking ownership of projects from initial idea through to delivery and review.

The role

* Working with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and scope new projects and improvements

* Coordinating the delivery of systems and process changes from concept through to implementation

* Acting as the link between internal teams and external partners / third-party providers

* Supporting the rollout of new systems, integrations and process improvements

* Leading on user acceptance testing (UAT), pilot activity and post-implementation reviews

* Ensuring changes are embedded effectively through training, guidance and communication

* Monitoring outcomes and identifying further improvements
