A well established interiors contractor specialising in high end retail, hospitality and themed environments is looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee a fast track joinery led installation project in Central London.

The business is known for delivering technically complex schemes involving bespoke joinery, specialist finishes and high profile environments. Their projects often require detailed coordination, high quality workmanship and tight programme management.

The Role

The successful candidate will take responsibility for delivering a specialist joinery fit out package, with a fast track installation programme.

The project involves the installation of bespoke joinery elements within a high profile retail environment, requiring careful coordination of specialist subcontractors and close attention to quality and programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of a specialist joinery installation package
• Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams
• Liaising with the client, consultants and internal project teams
• Overseeing quality control on bespoke joinery and high specification finishes
• Managing site logistics and installation sequencing

Candidate Profile

• Experience delivering high end retail, hospitality or specialist interior fit out projects
• Good understanding of bespoke joinery packages
• Experience managing fast track interior installation programmes
• Strong coordination skills working with specialist subcontractors
• High attention to detail and quality expectations
