Job Opportunity: Project Manager / Senior Site Manager Location: Milton Keynes Project: 66-Unit Traditionally Built Residential Development Rate: £325 - £350 per day Start: January 2026

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new-build residential scheme consisting of 66 traditionally constructed houses in Milton Keynes. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the project from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality, safety, programme, and budget targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring works progress to programme.

* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.

* Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

* Deliver homes to exceptional quality standards, aligned with NHBC and company expectations.

* Oversee short- and long-term planning, sequencing, and logistics.

* Manage site reporting, including progress updates, risk management, and cost control.

* Foster strong relationships with design teams, local authorities, and stakeholders.

* Ensure excellent customer care and smooth delivery through to completion and handover.

About You

* Proven experience as a Project Manager, Senior Site Manager, or similar, overseeing multi-unit residential schemes (traditional build).

* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive teams to achieve high-quality results.

* Solid understanding of construction processes, regulations, and compliance.

* CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications (essential).

* Excellent organisational skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
