Sittingbourne or Maidstone hybrid working JoinSouthern Housings Retrofit Delivery team to lead investment projects that transform our homes for the future as a Project Manager. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of retrofit and planned investment projects. From technical surveys and contract management to final handovers, you will ensure every scheme is on time, within budget and meets our strict quality, health & safety and regulatory standards. You will undertake property surveys, prepare specifications and schedules of work for tender, then monitor budgets, cashflows and on-site progress - managing variations, snagging and health & safety records. You will collect completion data for monthly government reporting, prepare tenant, property and service-charge information for Section 20 notices, and liaise with contractors Customer Support Representatives, internal Resident Liaison Officers and our Clerk of Works to ensure customer expectations are met throughout.
