Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality residential property outcomes? We’re seeking a confident and proactive professional to lead and coordinate residential projects from inception through to delivery. You’ll work with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to consistently deliver against quality, cost, time and compliance standards.
What You’ll Do As a Project Manager (Residential Specialist), you will: Lead residential projects from planning and design through to completion, ensuring milestones and outcomes are achieved on time and within budget. Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, consultants and clients. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk registers, budgets and programme schedules. Manage procurement processes and support contractor tendering, evaluation and appointment. Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulatory, health & safety and quality standards. Monitor and report on project performance, driving continuous improvement and resolving issues proactively. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to shape project delivery and customer experience. Champion best practice in project management, including governance, documentation and project controls.
