As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of project delivery from planning to completion, ensuring safe, compliant, commercially efficient outcomes. This position offers long-term stability with a strong pipeline of regional projects, ideal for an experienced Project Manager ready to lead multiple remediation and earthworks schemes.

Immediate start available for the right Project Manager.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage full lifecycle delivery of earthworks & remediation projects\n\n * \n\n Lead site teams including Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Oversee excavation, soil treatment, stabilisation, remediation systems and environmental controls\n\n * \n\n Produce and review RAMS, programmes, reports and technical documentation\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with CDM, H&S, environmental and regulatory standards\n\n * \n\n Manage client relationships, progress meetings and project communication\n\n * \n\n Control project budgets, forecasting and cost reporting\n\n * \n\n Monitor productivity and performance against programme\n\n * \n\n Lead procurement of materials, subcontractors and plant\n\n * \n\n Ensure documentation for contaminated land and waste classification is accurate\n\n * \n\n Support environmental monitoring, testing and regulatory submissions\n\n * \n\n Oversee permits, temporary works and QA procedures\n\n * \n\n Problem-solve technical, operational and logistical challenges\n\n * \n\n Deliver projects within time, cost and quality parameters\n\n * \n\n Ensure high standards of site safety, quality and delivery\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Strong experience as a Project Manager in earthworks, remediation, brownfield or heavy civils\n\n * \n\n Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously\n\n * \n\n Excellent understanding of environmental compliance, soil treatment, groundwater systems and remediation techniques\n\n * \n\n Strong commercial awareness and cost-management skills\n\n * \n\n Effective leadership, communication and client-facing experience\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\n * \n\n Immediate availability is highly advantageous\n\nBenefits\n\n * \n\n £60,000 – £75,000 salary (DOE)\n\n * \n\n Full package + benefits\n\n * \n\n Permanent role with a long-term portfolio of North West remediation projects\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to lead specialist, technical sites within a growing division\n\nIf this sounds like the role for you, Apply Now.
