OverviewProject Manager (Regulatory Compliance projects) - Treasury Settlements. The Project Manager is a critical role reporting to the Director, Treasury Services Europe within the Europe Finance Treasury function. This role supports and drives delivery under the direction of the Director, Treasury Services and sponsorship of the Europe Head of Treasury, overseeing two regulatory-driven Treasury projects over a 12-14 month period from late summer 2025. Both projects are key drivers in enabling the organisation to meet its strategic regulatory requirements. The role applies Visa best practices in delivering these projects. This is a hybrid position with in-office days to be confirmed by the hiring manager. The role applies Project Management best practices in line with Visa’s policies to deliver these projects.ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager will:Support and drive delivery of two regulatory-driven Treasury projects over ~12-14 months, ensuring alignment with strategic regulatory requirements.Apply Visa project management methodologies and best practices, under the oversight of the Director, Treasury Services and sponsorship of the Europe Head of Treasury.Coordinate with stakeholders across the Europe Finance Treasury function and relevant business units to manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.Balance project progress with day-to-day operational commitments of the team and manage relationships with regulators and auditors as needed.QualificationsExperienced Project Manager with a relevant PM qualification.Understanding of SWIFT, RTGS or general inter-bank settlements landscape.Experience with regulatory compliance-related projects and familiarity with audit requirements.Strong understanding of risk management principles.Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.Ability to balance project progress with day-to-day operational commitments and to work to strict deadlines.High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Degree qualification or equivalent work experience.Excellent numerical and analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail.Experience in operational process improvement.Additional informationVisa is an EEO Employer.
