Location: South of England
We are recruiting for a market leader in industrial door and loading bay sector, offering a total package of £55,000 plus car allowance or company car and a 10% performance bonus. This role provides the opportunity to manage multiple installation projects across the South of England while representing an internationally recognised organisation at the forefront of safe, secure, and innovative access solutions.
Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for operational teams, subcontractors, and regional stakeholders. You will take full ownership of around ten installation projects at any given time, spanning major industrial, transport, power, and logistics sites. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate audits, effective planning, strong commercial control, and delivering projects safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Manage installation projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. Conduct thorough on-site audits to ensure compliance, quality, and accurate project reporting. Ensure pre-costs are commercially sound and aligned to project scope.
