Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for construction and a knack for delivering excellence? A leading construction Project Management consultancy in London is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic refurbishement and fit out team to work on some fantastic projects.

Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

- Coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.


Skills and Experience Required:


- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.

- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- MRICS accreditation is advantageous but not mandatory.

- A calm, intellectual approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- Candidates need to know how to administer a JCT Contract.
