Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

London (Onsite)

Fixed-Term Contract – 24 Months

Paying Up to £70,000

The Role:

We’re working with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll act as the client-side lead, owning the full project lifecycle and working closely with senior stakeholders and an external implementation partner.

The role is onsite in London and would suit someone with strong ERP delivery experience who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of a Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation Own project governance, planning, RAID, and reporting Act as the main point of contact with the implementation partner Manage all project phases: Discovery, Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover & Hypercare Lead requirements gathering and process mapping Oversee UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution Coordinate data migration and system integrations Drive change management and user adoption Manage go-live and post-implementation support Ensure delivery to scope, timeline, and budget

Required Experience:

Proven experience delivering ERP or digital transformation projects Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Hands-on experience managing UAT and testing phases Experience working with external implementation partners Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Good understanding of data migration and integrations Experience running governance forums and steering committees

Desirable:

Experience in distribution, wholesale, FMCG, or alcohol/wine sectors Background working in SME or fast-paced environments
