Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Subcontract Project Manager to manage the delivery of mechanical fire safety systems, including AOVs, fire dampers, smoke control and associated mechanical packages. The role is site-based across London and surrounding regions, primarily on data centre projects, and requires flexibility to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities Manage projects from handover through to completion and commissioning Oversee subcontract installation of AOVs, fire dampers, smoke control and mechanical fire systems Coordinate site activities with main contractors, consultants, and other trades Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification Manage RAMS, programme updates, and site documentation Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with relevant fire and building regulations Attend site meetings and provide regular progress reports Manage snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover documentationRequirements Proven experience as a Project Manager / Contracts Manager within mechanical fire systems Strong knowledge of AOVs, fire dampers, s...
