The Role:

As Maintenance Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of electrical maintenance and small works projects across commercial, public sector, and residential sites. You’ll coordinate engineers, manage client relationships, ensure compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of electrical maintenance contracts

Plan, schedule, and oversee works across multiple sites

*

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

*

Monitor project progress and ensure quality control

*

Ensure health & safety compliance on all projects

*

Prepare and manage budgets, costs, and reports

*

Lead and support a team of engineers and tradespeople

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience in electrical maintenance project management

*

Background in building services or electrical contracting

*

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and relevant regulations

*

SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification desirable

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

Full UK driving licence
