With a team of circa 90 employees and a turnover of approximately £14 million, they operate at the forefront of the graphics and signage industry.\n\nThe business provides a full end-to-end service including design, production, and installation of large format graphics, bespoke signage, exhibition stands, and branded environments.

Their work spans a wide range of sectors including museums, live events, retail, and theme parks.\n\nDue to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex display and graphics projects from concept through to installation.\nThis is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination across internal departments (design, production, installation) and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage multiple projects simultaneously from brief through to completion\nAct as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout\nDevelop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation\nCoordinate with internal teams including production, design, and logistics\nUse Clarity Pro (or similar MIS systems) to track project progress and costing\nConduct site visits where required (not excessive travel required)\nIdentify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery\nEnsure all work meets client specifications and quality expectations\nSupport continuous improvement of project management processesRequirements\n\nProven experience in project management within large format print, signage, exhibitions, or display graphics\nStrong understanding of production processes (print, fabrication, installation)\nExperience using MIS systems such as Clarity Pro (or similar)\nExcellent organisational and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nCommercial awareness with strong budgeting and costing skills\nFull UK driving licence (for site visits)If you are a driven Project Manager with experience in large format graphics or display solutions, we would love to hear from you.\n\nPlease send your CV
