Project Manager - Insurance Broking MGA
Our client - a leading MGA - is seeking a motivated Project Manager with proven experience in Insurance - either Insurance Broking or General Insurance- to join their growing transformation team. You'll deliver a wide range of business and technology change initiatives across the UK and Europe, including migrations, integrations, and various other aspects of Transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Define scope, plan schedules, and manage project delivery end-to-end
Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets
Draft business cases and oversee financial controls and change requests
Engage with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers
Ensure all governance artefacts (RAID logs, action plans, reports) are up to date
Deliver effective communication to leadership and project teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Requirements:
2-3 years' project management experience in financial services
Exposure to transformation, integration, or technology-driven projects
Strong grasp of project controls, financials, and stakeholder engagement
Familiar with project frameworks such as PRINCE2, APM, or Agile
