Project Manager | Cambridge | Up to £75,000 Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-visibility technology solutions from concept through to manufacturing handover. This role involves managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced technical environment, supporting customer applications across global markets. You will be accountable for delivering projects to time, cost, and quality, while leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement in project delivery. Key Responsibilities Deliver complex, high-visibility technology projects to agreed schedules and budgets. Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives. Plan, manage, and lead multiple complex projects simultaneously. Facilitate and manage key project ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to defined project management processes and governance. Embed quality into all aspects of project delivery. Build and sustain high-performing teams with strong morale and operational efficiency. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Recognised project management certification (e.g., SAFe, IPMA, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Required Experience & Skills 5 years’ experience leading complex development projects in multi-disciplinary environments. Strong experience using Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Experience managing embedded, platform, and application software projects. Knowledge of software configuration management and continuous integration workflows.
