Job Title: Project Manager Location: Liverpool (On-Site) Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 Package Sector: Construction – Roofing, Cladding & Façades Overview Our client, a specialist contractor operating within the roofing, cladding and façade sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects across Liverpool. This is a site-based role, managing long-term construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. The successful candidate will take ownership of programme, subcontractor coordination, quality and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Manage roofing, cladding and façade projects from start to completion * Oversee day-to-day site activities and coordinate subcontractors * Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality standards * Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle * Manage project documentation, reporting and progress updates * Monitor health & safety compliance across site activities * Support commercial teams with variations, cost tracking and project reporting * Coordinate with design, operations and site teams to resolve project issues Requirements * Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction * Experience delivering roofing, cladding or façade projects is highly desirable * Strong organisational and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across site and office teams * Good understanding of construction project processes and site management * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities * Must have the right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor delivering long-term projects across Liverpool, with a competitive salary and package and the chance to play a key role in project delivery
