Job Description

Project Manager\n\nThis is a great long term opportunity for a Project Manager, it's a 15 month scheme kicking off at the beginning of May so the search has begun.\n\nAbout the role:\n\nThe Project Manager will be the spear head of the production for the scheme reporting to an on site Project Director. The project is a £20m listed refurbishment into an 80bed hotel which was built in the 70s.\n\nResponsibilities: \n\nOversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.\nEnforce health & safety protocols, manage risks, and address any issues promptly.\nCoordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to keep the project on track.\nMaintain quality standards by monitoring workmanship, materials, and adherence to specifications.\nWhen challenges arise, you will find solutions to keep the project moving forward.\nEffectively communicate by liaising with team members, report progress, and address concerns.Requirements:\n\nProven experience delivering large-scale refurbishment projects (£10m+)\nStrong track record managing contractors, programme, and budget\nExperience working in live environments\nConfident, hands-on site-based PMs\nFamiliarity with MS Project or similar\nListed building experience beneficial but not essential\nSMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs \n\nWhat's being offered?\n\nA competitive day ray between £(Apply online only) DOE\nLong term work as a freelancer\nA prestigious project to be part of \n\nApply today or for more information email your CV to or call (phone number removed)
