Site-Based Project Manager\nCentral Plymouth\nImmediate Start\nPotential 12 Months’ Work\nWe are seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager for an immediate start on an apartment block in Plymouth.\nThis role will oversee significant cladding and remediation works and offers the potential for up to 12 months of continuous work.\nThe Role\nYou will be responsible for:\n * \n Managing cladding and remediation packages across an apartment block\n * \n Acting as the key client-facing representative on site\n * \n Creating, updating, and managing project programmes using Microsoft Project\n * \n Coordinating subcontractors and site teams\n * \n Monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered on programme\n * \n Ensuring full Health & Safety compliance\n * \n Reporting to senior management and stakeholders\nRequirements\n * \n Proven experience managing cladding and remediation projects\n * \n Strong residential project background\n * \n Client-facing experience with confident communication skills\n * \n Proficient in Microsoft Project (ability to create and edit programmes essential)\n * \n SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White), and First Aid\n * \n Strong organisational and leadership skills\nWhat’s On Offer\n * \n Potential 12 months’ work\n * \n Central Plymouth location\n * \n Competitive rate (DOE)\nIf you are interested in this opportunity and have the relevant experience, we would like to hear from you.\nPlease apply with your CV
