Project ManagerLocation: Plymouth Employment: Permanent | Full-Time Salary: Competitive Package We are working with a main contractor to recruit a detail-driven Project Manager for an exciting construction project based in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and coordination, and who enjoys being at the heart of the project’s technical and information flow. This role sits directly beneath the Operations Manager, providing key support in ensuring all project information, documentation, drawings, and coordination are fully aligned to enable smooth delivery on site. It would suit an experienced Project Manager who enjoys the detail. Key Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate all project documentation, drawings, specifications, and technical information required for the build process. * Maintain strong communication with the Operations Manager and wider delivery team to ensure information is accurate, complete, and issued on time. * Attend internal and external project meetings, ensuring clear actions and information are captured and communicated. * Liaise with the supply chain to gather, review, and coordinate design and technical data. * Support the build team by ensuring all pre-construction and construction-phase information is in place and compliant with project requirements. * Oversee document control, updates, revisions, and drawing registers. * Ensure the project remains on track from a technical and administrative perspective, identifying gaps in information and driving resolutions. * Assist with QA processes, build reviews, and compliance checks to support a high-quality delivery. * Work collaboratively with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. About You * Experience within a similar role is essential. * Strong technical understanding of construction processes and documentation. * Excellent organisational skills with a natural ability to manage detail and maintain accuracy. * Confident liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams. * Comfortable attending meetings, taking ownership of information flow, and supporting senior management. * A proactive communicator who enjoys problem-solving and coordination.
