Your new company \nYou will work for an organisation that is a specialist project management consultancy operating within the property and construction sector. Its work is underpinned by structured project controls, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results on time and within budget.\n\nYour new role \nYou will work as a Project Manager and will take responsibility for leading projects from early feasibility through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, requiring strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage end‑to‑end project delivery across a variety of property and construction schemes.\nDevelop project briefs, programmes, budgets, and risk strategies.\nCoordinate design teams and external consultants throughout all project stages.\nOversee procurement processes, contractor appointments, and contract administration.\nMonitor progress, quality, and compliance, ensuring projects meet agreed objectives.\nProvide clear, consistent reporting to clients and stakeholders.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships to support repeat business and long‑term partnerships.What you'll need to succeed \nYou will have project management experience, ideally within a construction consultancy, and be keen to manage projects from inception to completion. You will be MAPM or MRICS qualified or be keen to work towards this.
