Job Description

Role: Project Manager\n\nLocation: Yorkshire/Nationwide\n\nSalary: £60,000 + Package\n\nOur client has extensive experience in both the shopfitting and fit-out sectors, are now keen to appoint an experienced Project Manager within their Operational team.\n\nThey are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Project Manager to oversee shopfitting and fit-out schemes throughout the UK valued between £50K - £5m. This role involves the overall management and control across these sectors, working with private clients, developers, and institutional stakeholders. You will ensure the highest standards of health and safety, timely completion, and adherence to budget and specifications.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPre-Construction\n\nProvide technical input for PQQs and tender submissions, including construction methods, value engineering, and programming.Construction Stage\n\nLead the project team to ensure compliance with company policies and sustainability strategies.\nOversee health, safety, welfare, and environmental compliance across diverse project types.Personnel & Development\n\nSupport and mentor reporting staff, ensuring their professional development and adherence to job roles.\n\nQualifications and Experience:\n\nEssential\n\nRelevant Degree/HNC.\nProven experience in leading shopfitting and fit-out projects.\nStrong management experience.Desirable\n\nProfessional membership (e.g., CIOB).\nSMSTS, CSCS card, 1st Aid and other relevant certifications.
