Around 400 firefighters operate from 19 fire stations from the outskirts of London to the South Midlands. We employ around 100 specialist support staff, from ICT to fire prevention.

This why we support flexible and hybrid working.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nYou will be responsible for:\n\n * Managing and delivering multiple concurrent projects from inception through to delivery, and handover to BAU (business as usual)\n\n * Using change management processes to proactively manage project scope variations\n\n * Identifying potential crises and devise corrective plans to ensure projects remain on track and in line with Service needs\n\n * Building strong delivery teams, motivating, influencing and supervising project team members and suppliers\n\nAbout You:\n\nYou will have:\n\n * Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills\n\n * Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively\n\n * Detail orientated and proficient analytical skills\n\n * Experience using project management software and tools\n\nExperience and Qualifications Required:\n\n * Relevant and appropriate project management qualification e.g.
