Project Manager\n\nLocation: Hemel Hampstead\nStart Date: ASAP\nDuration: 9monts+\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a freelance role on an infrastructure project. The project involves a combination of groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) works.\n\nKey Responsibilities of Project Manager\n\n * Manage and lead the on-site team\n\n * Ensure all works are delivered in line with the construction programme\n\n * Update and maintain the 4-week look-ahead programme\n\n * Produce daily site diaries\n\n * Order, schedule, and manage plant and materials\n\nRequirements\n\nTo be successful in this role, you must have:\n\n * Previous experience as a Project Manager\n\n * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage construction teams effectively\n\n * 5–10 years’ experience in groundworks and RC works\n\n * Proven ability to run a site in accordance with the programme\n\n * Experience updating project progress and 4-week look-ahead programmes\n\n * Experience ordering plant and materials\n\n * An engineering degree or equivalent qualification preferable.\n\n * Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification\n\n * Valid First Aid certificate\n\nHow to Apply\n\nIf you are interested in this position, please get in touch and send your up-to-date CV.\n\nKeywords: construction manager, #project manager # senior project manager
