Project Manager – Office Fit-Out Location: London Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 Package About the Company Our client is a leading and well-established contractor specialising in high-quality office fit-out projects across London. With a strong pipeline of work and a strong reputation for delivering exceptional commercial spaces, they partner with some of the most recognised brands and landlords in the market. Role Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage office fit-out projects end-to-end, typically ranging from £1m to £15m * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard * Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact * Monitor project programmes, risks, and costs * Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations * Work closely with commercial and design teams throughout all project stages Requirements * Proven experience delivering office fit-out projects in London * Strong knowledge of CAT A and CAT B fit-outs * Excellent client-facing and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects * Commercially aware with strong organisational skills * Relevant construction qualification What's on Offer * Opportunity to work with a leading contractor in the London fit-out market * Strong pipeline of high-profile projects * Competitive salary and benefits package * Clear progression opportunities within a growing business
