With a proven history of innovation and over 18,000 machines in operation in the UK alone, ME Group leads the market in convenience-based automated services.
The company’s Wash.ME Laundry division continues to grow rapidly across the UK and Europe. As part of this expansion, we are seeking a highly organised, commercially minded Project Manager for Key Accounts to oversee the delivery and coordination of major partnerships—particularly with retailers and other high-value clients—and to support the successful execution of key projects that will shape the next phase of our commercial growth.
Role Function
To manage and deliver end-to-end installation projects for Wash.ME Laundry sites, ensuring all groundworks, utilities, installation activity and customer onboarding are executed to the highest standard.
Working closely with the Key Account Managers, Operations, Technical Teams and Contractors, you will ensure exceptional project coordination, customer experience, and safe, efficient delivery across the UK laundry network.
As the business continues to grow its footprint, this role is central to improving installation timelines, communication, and customer satisfaction.

Operations & Technical Engineers – to coordinate machine installation, commissioning, testing and go-live
