Job Description

We’re hiring a UK Project / Account Manager on behalf of an established, fast-growing high-end retail fit-out and installation business, supporting prestigious retail and commercial clients across the UK and Ireland.

This is a client-facing, end-to-end role , ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects from brief through to installation, working closely with internal design and technical teams and managing multiple stakeholders along the way.

The Role

Manage high-profile retail, promotional, permanent, and window installation projects

Act as the main point of contact for UK clients, building strong long-term relationships

Translate client briefs into clear direction for internal teams

Liaise with architects, contractors, landlords, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery

Oversee on-site installations and manage contractors and fitters

Work closely with an international delivery team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

Travel across the UK & Ireland as required for client meetings and site visits

Commercial & Financial Responsibility

Manage project budgets and profitability

Ensure quotes, POs, and invoices are issued accurately and on time

Track project spend and provide regular financial updates

Produce monthly project P&L reporting

About You

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager within retail fit-out, signage, production, or a similar environment

Confident managing multiple live projects in fast-paced settings

Commercially aware with strong budget and margin management skills

Strong communicator, comfortable dealing with senior clients and contractors

Organised, detail-focused, and able to work to tight deadlines

Open to regular UK & Ireland travel

Ambitious and keen to progress into senior leadership over time
