Our forward thinking agency client are looking for a super organised and proactive Project Manager to join their talented, tight-knit team. This exciting role sits at the very heart of their operations, ensuring they deliver exceptional work with speed, precision, and creativity. You'll need to be someone with a strong sense of urgency and drive to get things done — without compromising on quality.

In a nutshell

Be the main point of contact for daily client communications Create project budgets and draft scopes of work Assign tasks to internal teams and manage project timelines Ensure client needs are met while staying on budget Use project management tools to monitor hours, plans, and expenditures Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports Manage and record project expenses Arrange global travel and accommodation Set up budgets and raise invoices within our project management tool Oversee internal resourcing and creative planning

What we’re looking for

A love of sport! 3+ years of proven agency experience in a project management role Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask Experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience working in a creative environment and understanding the creative process Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team Knowledge of social media Educated to degree level (Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 or Agile PM is a bonus)
