What You’ll Do
Manage a portfolio of technology clients, ensuring smooth delivery and long-term partnership success Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to hit growth targets Own sales and revenue goals with full support from leadership Build senior stakeholder relationships, present proposals, and negotiate terms Report on account performance, pipeline, and client satisfaction metrics
About You
Background in Account Management, Project Management, or Client Delivery within tech or consulting Proven ability to meet targets and grow client accounts Confident communicator able to influence both business and technical audiences Organised, proactive, and commercially minded Passionate about technology, innovation, and delivering results
