Project Manager – Industrial Engineering Projects Package: £70K-£80K, Car/ Allowance, 26 Hols, Medical £500K–£5M | Food & Beverage | Pharmaceutical | Power | Process Industries We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead full-cycle delivery of complex industrial engineering projects ranging from £500K to £5M. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional capable of managing demanding customer expectations, multidisciplinary teams, and high-value contract deliverables. The Business Large Engineering business involved in full end to end project delivery across highly engineered and bespoke projects encompassing compressors, pipework, heat exchangers, heating and cooling process equipment. Key Responsibilities * End-to-end project management: scoping, FEED, design coordination, planning, procurement, site delivery, commissioning, and project close-out. * Lead industrial contracting projects across food, beverage, pharmaceutical, process sectors. * Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to stringent quality and safety standards. * Drive commercial performance, including cost control, change management, risk management, and contractual compliance. * Act as the technical point-of-contact, interpreting engineering documentation such as P&IDs, GAs, PFDs, and mechanical/process design information. About You * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Building Services, or equivalent technical background. * Proven experience managing industrial projects £500K–£5M. * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate, forecast, and protect project margin. * Confident managing contractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders in fast-paced industrial environments. * Knowledge of process equipment, heat exchangers, pumps, utilities, and related systems is highly desirable.
