Project Manager\n Birmingham, with sites across the Midlands\n £60,000 - £65,000 + £5k Car Allowance + Bonus + Training\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing commercial construction contractor delivering high-value new build project. You will have ample opportunity to play a pivotal role in company growth where you can support with hands on delivery across multiple sites.\n\nAre you an experienced Site Manager or Project Manager looking to step into a role with real responsibility and autonomy? Do you want to work on technically interesting, high-quality developments where you are trusted to manage projects from start to finish?\n\nThis growing construction company specialise in the construction of commercial projects in and around the Midlands.

With the majority of their projects being new build projects, ranging from healthcare to student accommodation. This is why they are looking to add to their long standing and dynamic work force with this exciting opportunity.\n\nYou will be responsible for managing projects from pre-start through to completion, overseeing programmes, reporting progress to directors, and coordinating site teams, labour, and materials.

The role is predominantly site-based, with regular interaction across multiple stakeholders including clients and internal teams.\n\nTherefore, the ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, be confident producing and managing programmes, and be comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
