Job Title: Project Manager Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Location: Midlands/UK Projects Sector: Offsite Construction Are you an experienced pre construction professional with a background across the timber sector? Would you enjoy working for a market leading business, delivering across the UK? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is technically or commercial minded to join a market leading business, delivering new build commercial projects across the UK. As Project Manager you will be responsible for taking projects on from initial design phase to handover. You will be heavily involved in pre construction, working alongside designers & estimators to ensure projects are being delivered to spec and on budget. As a Project Manager you will: Travel to and from sites across the UK, whilst working from Midlands based offices Work alongside designers & estimators to ensure smooth delivery Be the point of contact for tier 1 contractor clients Work to and create construction programmesWe would welcome conversations with Project Managers who: Have a solid background in timber frame, engineered timber or roof truss Are technically & commercially aware of projects Will be willing to travel to and from sites whilst also working from Midlands based offices & home Possess the willingness to develop their career further Hold strong communication skills across all levelsIf you would like to know more about this role please contact ARV Solutions for an initial conversation.
