Job Description
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Sheffield. This role will be based on site at our Olive Grove depot (S2 3GE).\n\nThis position offers a competitive salary dependant on experience and qualifications.\n\nThe Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our initiatives. As a candidate for this position, you will be instrumental in steering the project to completion, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Your leadership will be pivotal in managing resources, budgets, and timelines, ultimately driving the team to achieve its goals seamlessly.\n\nWhat You'll Do: \nDeliver works programme to programme and budget \nUse construction solutions that cause minimum disruption \nEffective use and control of supervisory resources \nDevelop and maintain procedures to achieve certainty of programme delivery \nLiaise with other delivery managers regarding supervision of works, including establishing required resource levels \nFocus on the concepts of 'right first time' and 'no delays' \nEnsure that projects are delivered to time and budget in accordance with programme and financial commitment \nReview design and contractual options during the design process \nCommunicate and inform the client of progress at regular intervals as the works progress \nBrief line managers on quality, cost and time \nDemonstrate that quality assurance procedures are being followed \nWork closely with commercial and financial managers \nOversee measurement and valuation of work carried out \nReview success of solutions and provide feedback to all relevant parties \nComply with all relevant health and safety legislation Why Join Us?\n \nAt Amey, we don't just offer jobs, we offer opportunities to build fulfilling careers.
