CV Library is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a groundworks package based in Telford. This is an immediate requirement with a leading contractor delivering a busy programme of works. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing the project from site mobilisation through to completion, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing groundworks package from start through to completion

* Overseeing site teams including Site Managers, Supervisors, and subcontractors

* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget

* Coordinating with client, engineers, and commercial teams

* Monitoring progress and reporting on project milestones

* Managing quality control, inspections, and defect resolution

* Overseeing logistics, sequencing, and resource allocation

* Ensuring compliance with RAMS, drawings, and specifications

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within groundworks

* Strong technical knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering packages

* Experience managing programmes and coordinating multiple work fronts

* SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred)

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Ability to start immediately
