Linear are working alongside an estblished construction company looking to hire a Project Manager with a strong background in Groundworks The ideal Project Manager will possess a thorough understanding of timber-frame construction methods and building regulations Strong project management expertise is essential, including experience in scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and quality control within a construction environment. Qualifications  Relevant construction-related qualification (e.g., Level 4 Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent experience)  Proven experience managing timber-frame or modular construction projects  Certification or training in Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM)  Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and compliance  Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications  Full, clean driving licence to support site visits and client meetings This role requires travel to office in Doncaster as well as occasional nationwide travel.
