We’re hiring on behalf of a boutique consultancy that’s carved out a reputation as the go-to team for delivering retail and hospitality spaces that hit the mark—on time, on budget, and without the drama. Since launching in 2017, they’ve built a name through quality delivery, trusted partnerships, and a small-but-mighty team culture.

Now, they’re looking to bring in a Project Manager to help drive their UK rollout programmes and support continued growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the full project lifecycle, from pre-con to handover
• Managing multiple complex fit-out projects across the UK
• Owning budgets, contracts, sign-offs, and all the admin in between
• Working with internal teams and external consultants (design, architecture, QS, H&S) to keep delivery sharp
• Ensuring everything’s on track, compliant, and communicated clearly to all stakeholders
• Producing regular reports and client updates
• Championing value engineering—without compromising on quality
• Maintaining standards that match the brand’s reputation for precision and professionalism

What we’re looking for

✔ Proven experience delivering high-spec retail or F&B fit-outs across the UK

✔ Background in either contractor or client-side project management

✔ A natural problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and safety

✔ Strong communicator who builds trust with clients, suppliers, and internal teams alike

✔ Organised, unflappable, and driven by quality
